dk9999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to dk9999 in the six (6) months immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
dk9999 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution body designated by dk9999's licensing authority.

The updated Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice.
